Officer Commanding: Flt Lt A. Colverson RAFVR(T)

Forward by Officer Commanding 103 Sqn ATC

103 Doncaster squadron have many things to be proud of, the cadets, staff and civilian committee raised over £3000 for local charities and indirectly helped raise over £250,000.
During 2008 we received letters of thanks from many different areas of the community, South Yorkshire Police, Royal Star and Garter Homes and the Sheffield Master Cutler to list a few.

Doncaster’s oldest squadron celebrates its 70th anniversary this year and celebrations kick off on the 18th April 2009. I am sure you will agree that the cadet’s enthusiasm over the years has not diminished and the calibre of cadet we receive today is still to the same high standard.

This year will be no different and we must continue to improve and grow the squadron, ultimately this depends upon the commitment of the cadets and staff, but I am confident that they will not let me down. I am very proud to be the 14th Officer Commanding and with your support we will make this squadron the best within the wing.

Andrew Colverson
Flt Lt RAF VR(T)
Officer Commanding
